Every booking includes the pool, the cabana, a covered BBQ pit, lounge chairs, two 6-foot picnic tables, pool toys and floats, 1GB WiFi with two extenders, Sonos outdoor speakers, a 12×16 air-conditioned room with a private restroom and indoor shower, and parking for up to 25 cars. Robert has hosted here since 2022 and meets guests at check-in.

The two-car garage is now the pool cabana — full power, fans, phone charging, giant Connect Four, giant Jenga, two cornhole sets, and bocce. It is the home base for the day.
